Knicks News: New York climbs standings, trade reports continue to swirl
The New York Knicks defeated the Atlanta Hawks on Wednesday night in a 113-89 win behind Julius Randle’s 34 points and 17 rebounds. It was a dominant win for a Knicks squad that’s already had its fair share of issues so far this season.
New York will travel to North Carolina to face the lowly Hornets on Friday before returning to MSG to host Sacramento on Sunday. The Knicks have won two straight at home and will have the chance to push that to three against a Kings team that’s been playing surprisingly well.
With Dec. 15 being right around the corner, trade season is about to be in full swing. Evan Fournier hasn’t played since Nov. 13, Derrick Rose has been linked to the Mavericks, and Cam Reddish’s representatives are reportedly working with the front office on a trade. Immanuel Quickley is a name that’s been floating around, too. Things are about to get really interesting.
