Knicks vs 76ers Bold Betting Predictions Today (Randle Primed for Big Day)

After three straight losses following a strong start to the season, the Knicks hope to turn things around against the Sixers tonight. James Harden will miss tonight’s game, so New York gets to face an undermanned Philly squad.

I’ve got a few bold betting predictions for the matchup, so let’s jump in and get ready for a BIG win on a lovely Friday night.

Knicks vs 76ers Bold Betting Predictions

Jalen Brunson Gets a Double-Double and the Knicks Win

Getting +1100 odds on this prop is a treat, as Brunson looks stellar as New York’s floor general, and the Knicks are catching the Sixers at the perfect time. Harden was averaging a double-double before getting injured, while Joel Embiid is still recovering from an illness.

Philly already ranks 23rd in the NBA in defensive rating, so an undermanned Sixers team should give Brunson and the Knicks even more room to operate. Brunson only has one double-double on the season, but he’s scored double-digit points in every game and has at least six assists in all but two games. He has a double-double in his career against the Sixers already, too.

If he does get a double-double, the Knicks are likely to win. Thus, these odds are a value.

RJ Barrett Records 25+ Points

Barrett is struggling to open the season, shooting just over 40% from the field and 22% from beyond the arc. He’s a career 35.2% three-point shooter, so we can expect him to find his stroke as the season moves along.

After scoring 25+ points in five of his final 10 games last season, Barrett hasn’t cleared that number once yet this year. He will at some point, and the Sixers’ weak defense gives him the perfect opportunity to do so.

Julius Randle Records a Double-Double

Randle has a double-double in three of New York’s seven games, and fell just one rebound shy in another matchup. In 19 career games against Philly, Randle averages 19.8 points and 9.7 rebounds per game, notching a double-double in seven of his last 10.

The Sixers rank 29th in the league in rebounding percentage, so Randle will have plenty of chances to gobble up missed shots. Current odds of +159 means we only need to hit the bet around 39% of the time to turn a profit, so Randle’s recent history of recording a double-double in 70% of his games against Philly gives us a huge value.

Game odds refresh periodically and are subject to change.
